These Terms of Service govern your use of Madalena's website, app, and related services. Madalena is a session-centric content engine that helps you capture ideas, generate insights and hooks, and produce outputs in your own voice.

Using Madalena

You may use Madalena to capture sessions, upload or paste transcripts, generate insights, hooks, and outputs, and manage your workspace content. You are responsible for the information you submit and for making sure you have the right to share it with Madalena.

Your content

Madalena may process sensitive personal or professional context inside your workspace. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use, and do not use Madalena as a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, medical advice, or emergency support.

AI-generated outputs

Madalena uses AI to draft insights, hooks, summaries, and outputs from your session material. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use anything Madalena generates before publishing it.

Accounts and payment

If you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select unless stated otherwise. You can cancel according to the billing terms shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

You may not use Madalena to break the law, violate someone else's rights, abuse the service, attempt to access another user's data, reverse engineer the product, or interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Availability

Madalena is provided on an early-access basis. We may change, limit, suspend, or stop parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Madalena is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, clients, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Madalena evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
